The main products are automobile wheels, and the production capacity can reach 1 million automobile wheels per year。The total investment of the project is 50 million yuan, the total land area is 14,883 square meters, and the building covers an area of 7,370.48 square meters, canteen, on-duty dormitory, 2 production workshops, a diesel storage tank and supporting environmental protection facilities。The project purchased 2 painting production equipment and 1 electrophoresis line。

3. Acceptance and monitoring results

During the monitoring period, the pH value range of the standard outlet of the waste water station of Hangtong Company is 7.91~8.97, the maximum daily mean value of each pollutant was 308mg/L chemical oxygen demand and 0 ammonia nitrogen, respectively.72mg/L, total phosphorus 0.05mg/L, petroleum 5.18mg/L, anionic surfactant 0.05mg/L, zinc < 0.023mg/L, iron 0.55mg/L, suspended matter 21.5mg/L, 5 days BOD 63.3mg/L, chloride 175.5mg/L。The pH value of domestic wastewater discharge outlet is 6.61~7.46. The maximum daily mean value of each pollutant was chemical oxygen demand 16.25mg/L, 5 days BOD 0.594mg/L, ammonia nitrogen 6.65mg/L。

All the pollutants in the standard outlet of the waste water station and the discharge outlet of domestic waste water of Hangtong Company meet the requirements of the management standard of the sewage treatment plant。

Control emission limit,The concentration of particulate matter and total non-methane hydrocarbon in Hangtong's factory boundary meets the concentration limit of unorganized emission monitoring in the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996);The plant boundary concentrations of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate met the emission environmental target value (DMEG).All the concentrations in the odor factory are in line with the requirements of the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB14554-93)。

3.Plant boundary noise

During the monitoring period, the daytime factory boundary noise value range of ATC is 52.2~64.8dB (A), meet the "Industrial enterprise boundary environmental noise emission Standard" (GB12348-2008) class 3 standards。

4.Solid waste

The company has a hazardous waste dump in the northeast corner of the factory, with an area of about 23m2(9.8m×2.36m), storage of paint slag, sludge, waste paint buckets, waste activated carbon, etc., the yard is low in the middle, high on both sides, and has an exudate collection pool inside, the ground and wall apron are painted with anti-corrosion paint for anti-corrosion treatment, and the door is stuck with dangerous solid waste signs and warning boards。The hazardous waste disposal Agreement will actually terminate on December 31, 2018, and the agreement shall be supplemented after expiration。See attached photo for related photos。

To the southeast of the hazardous waste yard, there is a general solid waste yard with an area of about 23m2(9.2m×2.5m), machining scraps and waste welding slag sale treatment, regular cleaning;Kiln ash is transported by nearby farmers to be used as farm fertilizer;The domestic waste generated is cleared daily by the sanitation department。

In summary, the storage, transfer and disposal of solid waste of Hangtong Company basically meet the requirements of environmental protection。

5.Total pollutant discharge

According to the EIA, after the implementation of the project, the total amount of pollutants under control is as follows: The total amount of wastewater discharge is 10135.7t/a, COD0.61t/a, ammonia nitrogen 0.081t/a。According to the investigation and analysis, when the project reaches production, the annual discharge of wastewater is 10062t/a and the CODcr is 0.3t/a, ammonia nitrogen is 0.015t/a, in line with the total volume control requirements in the EIA and approval。

According to the requirements of EIA, the project is 0.36t/a, nitrogen oxide 0.37t/a, the total nitrogen oxide of this project needs to be reduced by regional substitution, and the reduction ratio is 1:1, that is, after the implementation of this project, the regional substitution reduction of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide will be 0.36t/a、0.37t/a, the total amount needs to be applied for paid use to Taizhou sewage rights Reserve Center。According to the monitoring data, the average emission rate of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide during the monitoring period of this project is 0.03kg/h, 0.42kg/h, according to the operation of the enterprise furnace, the average daily operation time is about 3 hours, the annual operation time of the furnace is 900h, and the annual emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides is 0.027t/a、0.37t/a, in line with the EIA total volume control requirements。
